How do I order?
Three easy ways: the order form on our home page, DM on Instagram @jojopocrafts, or email jojopocrafts@gmail.com. We confirm your items, total and pickup/delivery before you pay anything. Payment is on pickup or delivery — cash or e-transfer.
How fast is my order ready?
Single kits and baskets: 2–3 days (everything is poured and packed fresh). Personalized name kits: 3–4 days. Party packs and bulk orders: about 1 week — plaster needs proper curing time so your figures are strong.
Where do you deliver?
Pickup is free in Surrey. Delivery is free in Surrey on orders $35+. Bulk, party and basket orders can be delivered to Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Delta, Langley, Richmond, Coquitlam, White Rock, Maple Ridge and Abbotsford for a flat $6 — free on orders $99+. Everyday single kits are pickup (or delivery on $35+).
Do you offer bulk or classroom pricing?
Yes! Single kits drop to $4.50 each at 10, $3.96 at 25 and $3.74 at 50. Name kits and party packs have their own bulk tiers — see the bulk pricing tables. Schools and fundraisers: ask for a custom quote.
What ages are the kits for?
Ages 3+ with adult supervision. Toddlers can join with a grown-up’s help; older kids love the colour-mixing guide and the Collect-the-Shapes challenge (collect 10 shapes, get a free mini kit!).
Are the paints safe?
Yes — every kit follows our label promise: non-toxic, washable paints made for kids. The cured plaster figures are natural gypsum. Painted pieces are decorations — not toys for mouthing — and adult supervision is recommended.
How does the party pack work?
Tell us the date, theme, guest count and names. Each guest gets a personalized kit; the birthday child’s kit is free, and we match the cover card to your invitation. A 50% deposit books your date. Full details on the Party & Bulk page.
What’s in a gift basket?
A mix of Jojopo kits, an ornament kit, crayons and stickers, festive treats (factory-sealed) and a hand-written gift card — $25, $45 and $65 sizes. Tell us who it’s for and we’ll tailor it.
What if something arrives broken?
That’s the Jojopo Promise: if a figure arrives broken, we replace it free — and your first paint refill is free too. Just message us a photo.
Can I return a kit?
Unopened kits can be returned — just message us first. Personalized items (name kits, ornaments, party packs) are made just for you, so they’re final sale unless something’s wrong — and if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
How long does the paint take to dry?
Touch-dry in 15–30 minutes. Let pieces rest a few hours before heavy handling, and a full day before wrapping one up as a gift. Keep finished pieces dry and display proudly!
Do you ship outside Metro Vancouver?
Not yet — we’re a small Surrey studio doing local pickup and delivery for now, so every kit arrives perfect. Follow @jojopocrafts; shipping is on our 2027 list.
